The clients requested a steak restaurant with a contemporary Australian feel, that responds to the middle to upper market and can accommodate families.

Our response was to introduce a mezzanine level providing spatial efficiency, locating the kitchen beneath and the cooking of the steaks into the dining experience and providing a flexibility in seating arrangement Australian materials.
