A thoughtfully designed seniors housing community in South Western Sydney. This project comprises 100 Independent Living Units (ILUs) and a welcoming communal facility, all set within a lush, landscaped environment.

Our design completes the site’s masterplan with sensitive infill architecture that:

• Encourages meaningful social interaction

• Maximises sunlight, views, and natural ventilation

• Respects and enhances the existing landscape character

At the centre of the development, the communal facility functions as the social heart of Dharawal. Designed as a flexible and welcoming destination, it supports a range of activities—from informal daily interaction to organised programs and events.

Surrounded by greenery, the facility offers spaces for both active engagement and quiet retreat, reinforcing a strong sense of belonging and long-term resident satisfaction.
