Peakhurst proposes three dwellings clustered in a communal arrangement on a site currently containing one dwelling. Sensitivity towards privacy and outlook was a key driver for the design ensuring no dwelling was overlooking the other. Providing a common basement car park maximises landscaping opportunities.
